Special Party!

It's time for a party in context of the special date tomorrow, 12/12/12. The party will start in the park, later we will move to the space station. There will be cool magic and rain at the party, and possibly a quiz for some sweet prizes.

The 1st party will be starting, for the people in other countries, at 8:00 PM. For the folks in the USA, the 2nd party at 10:00 PM (Chobots Time) on 12/12/12. !

Sweet Battle Contest Winners

Team Need Journalists!

Hello Chobots,

Recently, Zach has been working on a new application form for Chobots who would like to join the
journalists program.

The journalists program awards different bloggers that blog about Chobots.
Their sites should contain an eye appealing template, unique posts, and possibly some creative gadgets.
Every journalist will be awarded with a journalist - badge that will be placed in the bottom right corner of your player card, and his/her blog will be added to the blogroll that we have here on the main blog.

The process of becoming a journalist is not so simple; to become a journalist, you will have to follow at least 2 of the following requirements:
     Your blog shouldn't be "simple" - it should have a great design (a
     template and a header), and some cool gadgets in it.
     Your posts on the blog should be creative and unique - you have to write
     your own posts, not just copy them from a different source like the
     official blog. Even though, you are free to use the pictures that have
     been used in the posts on the Official Blog.
     Be active on the in-game community: Be nice to each other, assist users
     who require any kind of assistance and be aware of all the latest news
     and stuff that happen.
     Be active on our different Community Pages - comment on posts
     that we post here on the official blog, post and comment on the forum,
     tweet and reply to tweets by the official Chobots Twitter page, and
     comment / post stuff on the timeline of the official Chobots Facebook
     page.
As stated above, Zach has been working on a new application form for Chobots who would like to join the journalists team. If you think that you follow at least 2 of the requirements above, you can apply from The same picture on main blog at this post . :) sorry

Drawing Contest With Sweet Winter!

Hello Artists!

They've (chobots team) noticed drawing contests are pretty popular, so team decided to hold a winter drawing contest. To enter you must draw at least one of the four staff members listed below. You have until December 16th to submit your drawing in a comment on this post at official blog, entries submitted elsewhere will not be counted.

The drawings will be judged on creativity so remember to be as creative as you can! Drawing the staff member(s) surrounded by a wonderful winter landscape will be counted as a bonus. The winners will be awarded with some cool prizes.

Sweet Battle Contest.

Hello Chobots,

As you know, Christmas will be celebrated soon At Chobots, and we have to be ready with all the sweet food like candy canes and cakes. Even though, we can take a break for a few days to throw the food at each other ! With Sweetbattle!

House Contest.

Hi Chobots!

It's the time for a house contest! This means you have to decorate your house in the best way possible to get a reward. 

If you want to participate, you have one day to prepare your home! On Saturday, 6 PM Chobots Time you need to find  Jake, and invite him to your house. he will look at as many houses as he can, and then the winner with the best decorated house will be announced!

The top 2 Chobots will receive a house shirt and citizenship.

Farming Contest Winners.

Recently team added a farming contest onto Chobots. Daisy has told the Chobots team, that she is so full, she doesn't want to eat for a month! You guys did a great job. In the end, cho team could only award the top 3

Information On Subscriptions

Hi Chobots. Zoo has been noticing quite a few users and parents have asked multiple questions about the new auto-renewal feature for Citizenships, so he'll be glad to answer them.

To begin with, here's the start page (after logging into your citizenship option):

As you see, you have 2 options: Auto-renewing and Manual.

We will begin with the Manual feature. To start, this is the normal way you've paid for Citizenship through the past year.

You do not need a PayPal account to complete this transaction. You can either enter your PayPal email/password and confirm, or press the "Don't have a PayPal account?" button to pay as a guest. This will activate your Citizenship instantly and will bill you only once, and never be billed again, unless you decide to buy another Citizenship later.

Next, lets discuss the Auto-renewing feature. This new option we've released is a bit different than the traditional way of paying for Citizenship. Instead, you'll be automatically billed each billing cycle (i.e. if you buy a 1 month, you will be billed each month for $4.99, if you buy a 6 month you will be billed every 6 months for $24.99, etc.) and your account will be awarded the appropriate bugs, the length of Citizenship, and most importantly the item of the month! This feature does require a PayPal account, which you can sign up for one on the page.

Once you login to the PayPal system here, you will be prompted to purchase your Citizenship. Once payment is approved, you will be awarded your Citizenship, bugs, and item for this month, and placed on the auto-renewing system. The picture above shows the 12 month, so I'll use it as an example here:

"I just purchased a 12 month auto-renewing Citizenship in December '12. I was billed $44.99 just now, and in 12 months from now I will receive the new item of the month from December '13 and be billed another $44.99, automatically."

The system will automatically bill your PayPal account for the proper amount and give you what you've pre-purchased. You have the option to cancel this auto-renewal process when you login to your PayPal account on their website, http://paypal.com/, and go to "My preapproved payments", where you will be given the option to end this auto-renewal process.

The advantages of the Auto-renewal system plan is you'll have continued service on your Chobot without interruption at any point. Also, if you get the 1 month auto-renewal, you'll get every Citizenship item that will come out each month!

With the Manual system plan, you'll have a disrupted service if you do not purchase another plan within the time between your initial purchase and your expiration date, which can be found by clicking the word "Citizen" on the upper left hand corner of your in game play screen.

New Citizen Packages.

Hello Chobots!

It's a new month and you know what that means... New citizenship items!

In addition to the new items, you now have the option to have your Citizenship auto-renew! If you purchase the 1 month, it will auto-renew each month; 6 month will auto-renew every 6 months, and 12 month will auto-renew every year. You'll get the item(s) and bugs when it renews from that month. In order to use this new feature, you need to have a PayPal account (Your parents can create one!).

With a subscription, you won't need to worry about missing the Citizenship items anymore!

Our one month option comes with a cool ski hat. The sweet holly wings with their own special magic are available for the 6 months plan with 5,000 extra bugs for Holiday Shopping. (Use the magic to spread a great Holiday spirit!) Lastly, the amazing Holiday board with an animated fireplace is up for the 12 months option with 20,000 extra bugs.

Bonus is = Get all 3 items with the 12 month option!!!

Christmas is coming very fast to the planet of Chobots. With only 25 days left and counting, I think it's time for a Blogging contest. Here's what you have to do.
